Alexander's U19 team came away champions with a 2-1 win over the Lancers, a 1-0 win over Attica, and then a 2-2 tie in the finals against the Lancers but prevailing 3-2 in PKs.  Alexander lead 1-0 and 2-1 in the finals but was unable to hold on.  The Lancers tied it with under 2 minutes left after Leslie was beaten by a shot and a flying Kim managed to clear the ball off the line but it was punched in on the rebound.  In the PK shootout Stacey, Court, and Rachel put their kicks in and Leslie came up with the decisive save on the Lancers 5th and final PK.

The U17 team went 3-0 in round robin with and 8-3 win over Batavia, a 4-1 win over Orchard Park, and a 1-0 win over Kendall.  However in the rematch in the final Alexander would fall 4-3 to Kendall and finish in 2nd place.  Julia lead the way with 5 goals and both Stacey and Anna had 4.

Alexander entered 2 U15 teams into the tournament and both managed to pick up a win, but both teams finished just out of the finals.  Alexander-1 beat Akron-1 2-1, tied Orchard Park 2-2, and lost to eventual champion Kenmore 2-1.  Alexander-2 beat Akron-2 3-2, lost to eventual champion Kenmore 3-0 and fell in their final game to Akron-1 2-0.  Both teams played some great soccer and fell just short of the finals.

Alexander also entered 2 U13 teams into the tournament and came away with a 1st and 3rd place finish.  Alexander-1 knocked off Alexander-2 4-1 in the first game of the day.  Alexander-1 would then lose 1-0 to Tri-town and beat Attica 3-0.  Alexander-2 would tie Attica 0-0 and beat Tri-Town 2-1.  Alexander-1 made it into the finals against Tri-Town and fell behind early but tied it up before the final whistle.  In golden goal OT Autumn's direct kick found Julia who put it in to give Alexander the title.  Both teams did a fantastic job.

Thanks to all the Alexander players who took part in the tournament, all 6 teams played some fantastic soccer.  Great job girls.
