| Alexander had a great showing in the Dansville tournament coming away with a 3-1 record and avenging their only loss in the playoffs. Alexander started off the day with a 1-0 win over Dansville. Alexander then fell 1-0 to Canisteo. Alexander picked up an excellent 2-1 win over Albion and then finished off the day with a 3-1 win over Cansiteo in the playoffs. Alexander got a great performance (the performance of the day) from 8th grade goalie Jess DeAngelo as she made 38 saves on the day picking up 3 wins in her first varsity action in her career. The girls played hard and did a great job throughout the day. We managed to hit the post and miss a few wide open goals in all 4 games which kept our scores much lower than they could have been. Great job girls. |
